His experience spans a wide range of industries including financial services, venture capital, digital media, healthcare, real estate, and retail, representing both established companies and funds, as well as entrepreneurs at different stages of growth, including expansion processes, capital raising, and exit strategies. In his practice, Diego has also worked closely with litigators and criminal defense lawyers in matters requiring a high degree of corporate and business sophistication for dispute resolution.
Before founding the firm, Diego gained extensive experience advising clients on highly complex corporate and financial transactions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in transactions with international components.

His experience includes representing developers, sponsors, and financial institutions in high-profile transactions. He also provides ongoing counsel to clients regarding the day-to-day management of their investments in Mexico.

Prior to joining the firm, Hernando was a partner at Pérez-Llorca González Calvillo for nearly a decade. In addition, he served for more than three years as an international associate in the New York office of Milbank, where he took part in highly complex international transactions. Prior to that experience, he worked for several years as an associate at Ritch Mueller, developing a comprehensive local and international perspective.

Asaf is a partner at Blanco Carrillo with more than 25 years of professional experience, recognized in the areas of banking law, infrastructure project development, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as for his ability to structure and execute complex transactions in highly regulated sectors. His approach combines strong technical expertise with a strategic understanding of transactions involving both governmental and private entities.

He has advised developers, investment funds, financial institutions, multilateral agencies, and government entities on the financing and development of projects in sectors such as energy, ports, highways, railroads, and hospitals. His experience includes the structuring and negotiation of contracts under various public procurement schemes, including public works, concessions, and public-private partnership arrangements, as well as regulatory advice and counsel in project acquisition and divestiture processes. In addition, Asaf has extensive experience in financings involving federal, state, and municipal governments, representing both borrowers including entities such as Mexico’s state-owned electric utility Comisión Federal de Electricidad and lenders, as well as rating agencies.

Ana is a Counsel at Blanco Carrillo with more than 20 years of experience in corporate, transactional, and finance law. She is recognized for her practical, solutions-oriented approach, as well as for her ability to serve as a strategic business advisor, supporting companies in key decision-making processes, risk management, and the execution of complex transactions, both in Mexico and internationally.

Throughout her career, she has advised domestic and international companies on the structuring, negotiation, and closing of financing and refinancing transactions, corporate, capital markets, and real estate transactions, as well as legal and compliance due diligence matters. Her experience includes participation in high-profile transactions, notably the acquisition of Grupo Modelo by Anheuser-Busch InBev, as well as the structuring of financings involving complex collateral packages. She also advises clients on the negotiation of commercial agreements in both Spanish and English and on the implementation of efficient legal structures for operations in Mexico.

Ana is a Counsel at Blanco Carrillo with more than 20 years of experience in corporate, transactional, and finance law. She is recognized for her practical, solutions-oriented approach, as well as for her ability to serve as a strategic business advisor, supporting companies in key decision-making processes, risk management, and the execution of complex transactions, both in Mexico and internationally.

Throughout her career, she has advised domestic and international companies on the structuring, negotiation, and closing of financing and refinancing transactions, corporate, capital markets, and real estate transactions, as well as legal and compliance due diligence matters. Her experience includes participation in high-profile transactions, notably the acquisition of Grupo Modelo by Anheuser-Busch InBev, as well as the structuring of financings involving complex collateral packages. She also advises clients on the negotiation of commercial agreements in both Spanish and English and on the implementation of efficient legal structures for operations in Mexico.

Ana has developed a distinguished practice as a fractional general counsel, advising startups, family-owned businesses, and growing companies in sectors such as technology, financial services, food and hospitality, real estate, legaltech, and commerce. In this role, she supports clients in their day-to-day operations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and growth strategies, acting as a strategic business partner.

Prior to joining the firm, she developed her practice at Ritch Mueller and Dentons López Velarde, as well as in the corporate sector as International Senior Legal Manager at Grupo Modelo. This experience has allowed her to develop a perspective that combines external legal counsel with the internal operational needs of companies. Additionally, she has participated in the development of innovative solutions in the legal sector, including the creation of a digital legal services platform.
